DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICIES:

– The delivery of products from our manufacture available in inventory has a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days within Santo Domingo and in foreign areas of 10 to 15 business days.

– If the item requires manufacturing, the delivery time will be extended by 15 more days.

– All products and merchandise are delivered at street or ground floor level. We do not transport merchandise inside a location or upper floors. The furniture legs are delivered separately for installation since the product is not transported with the legs to avoid damage.

– We do not ship INTERNATIONALLY, we only cover Santo Domingo in its entirety.
