DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICIES:

– IMPORTED MATTRESSES and PRODUCTS will be delivered within a period of 5 to 10 business days in Santo Domingo and 15 to 20 days in foreign areas.

– The manufacturing of Furniture and Dining Rooms from our store will be delivered to the point indicated by the buyer in 15 to 20 business days.

– All products and merchandise are delivered at street or ground floor level. We do not transport merchandise inside a location or upper floors.

– We do not ship INTERNATIONALLY, we only cover Santo Domingo in its entirety. CIBAO ZONE: Bonao, La Vega, Puerto Plata, Santiago de los Caballeros and Villa Altagracia. SOUTHERN ZONE: Haina, San Cristóbal, Baní, Azua.
